Helios first aid spray
This stuff is magical! I overheard two women discussing this product and finally had to apologize and interrupt! I’m SO glad I did. I have two teen daughters and they fight over this stuff. It is true, use this anywhere it itches or hurts!! Also, if you’ve ever been a fan of VICKS vapor rub, this will be your new best friend!

Magical Healing
A friend gave me a bottle of the first aid roll on probably 10 years ago. It is my absolute go to whenever I or anyone in my house got a cut, bite, burn etc. This amazing product heals so fast it is hard to believe. I recommend it to everyone!!! Did not know it was also good for muscles and joints. I’m going to try it for that too!

Speeds up healing, relaxes muscle cramping, helps headaches, and more
I've used this for muscle spasms, bad burns (from curling iron), sunburns, sinus headaches, bug bites and more. It works better than anything else I have tried and is pretty impressive how fast it works and how it speeds up the healing process. I've been using it on my chest where I had a bad burn from my curling iron. I also have had sun poisoning there years ago that changed the look and texture of my skin. This is healing the hot iron burn but has also been healing the overall skin unexpectedly. Who knew? I use when sinus headaches start and it stops them. I had spasms across my neck and back to where I couldn't move my neck very much. Sprayed this on my hands and rubbed over the areas which released the muscles within 10-minutes and I could go to sleep finally. Cool stuff. I picked it up at an outdoor store in the Berkshires of Massachusetts and several staff members said they use it all the time for a wide array of issues and it's always in their first aid kit. I'm learning why.
